At Stress Free we've taken life's challenges right back to basics, and created a wealth of session material that enables individuals of all ages to develop their own understanding and generate ideas that work for them personally, moving them towards a more life of enjoyment, achievement, positive contribution and well-being.

What Do You Let Cause You Stress? Of course the way this question is worded creates lively discussion that helps develop an understanding of the feelings and emotions that occur at times of stress and how to handle it.
A Metaphor for Life: A giant game that promotes discussion about the ups and downs of life providing plenty of material for future sessions and though provoking moments.
Role Models: How do they help us get to where we want to be? Creative fun and discussion about personal values.
Life Changes: A story takes us on the rollercoaster of life's experiences and relates to
personal challenges past, present and future.
Opinions & Perspective: A visual activity and guessing game where things are not what they might seem!
What Do You Have In Common With...? A challenging and eye opening experience for all.
Body Language: What does yours tell others about you? A visual activity that has had the coach and teachers in fits of laughter!
Economic Well-Being & Money Matters! Helped 10 year olds develop an understanding of the global financial situation so we know it works!
Personal Goal Setting: Looking ahead to a life of achievement, positive contribution and opportunity wherever you look. We've even had to challenge "marrying a footballer and spendinig his money" as a personal goal!
Respect: Small workgroups discuss questions that have even proved a challenged to adults!
The Three Brains: Creative activity around a concept that has really helped young people gain a better understanding of themselves.
